Terms of Service

You may use Wordtake only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, activity performed through it, and having permission to process the media you provide.

Your content

You retain ownership of submitted media, transcripts, and other content. You grant Wordtake a limited license to host, copy, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or confidential material that you are not allowed to process.

Accounts, credits, and payments

Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Paid credits are processed through Polar and applied after checkout confirmation. Prices, included credits, and validity periods are shown before purchase. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, used credits and completed processing are non-refundable.

Automated output

Transcription, translation, summaries, and other generated results may contain errors or omissions. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, accessibility, or other high-impact uses. Wordtake does not guarantee perfect accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Availability and acceptable use

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Wordtake to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. You may not bypass usage limits, interfere with service operation, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, or resell access without written permission.

Suspension and liability

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, fraud, non-payment, or unlawful use. To the extent permitted by law, Wordtake is provided on an as-available basis and liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
