Privacy Policy

Wordtake collects the information needed to provide accounts, process uploaded media, create transcripts and exports, manage purchases, secure the service, and troubleshoot failures.

Media and retention

Original uploaded video and audio are removed within six hours after a transcript is successfully saved. Extracted working audio is removed when transcription is saved. Generated exports expire after seven days.

Service providers

Wordtake uses Cloudflare for hosting, storage, security, and AI services; Google for optional sign-in; Polar for checkout; and configured transcription or language-processing providers when needed.

Your choices

You may use email sign-in instead of Google sign-in, revoke Google access, review saved transcripts, and request deletion of account information.
